Квест Теория крошечного взрыва, также известный как The Tiny Bang Story, является представителем жанра головоломок в поисках предметов. Это довольно странное и неоднозначное приключение, событие которого происходит в фантастическом мире, где для геймеров уготованы изощренные ребусы и встречи с нестандартными героями.
Сюжет игры переносит геймеров на просторы крошечной планеты, где произошла крошечная катастрофа, расколовшая этот небольшой мирок на две маленькие части, состоящие из пяти поражающих воображение локаций. В процессе прохождения геймеру предстоит посетить каждый уровень и решить несколько нетривиальных головоломок, а также принять участие в мини-играх.
Игра Теория крошечного взрыва не навязывает пользователю определенный темп. Геймер сам может решать, выполнять ли ему квест прямо сейчас или же отложить это дело на потом, и просто полюбоваться сюрреалистическими пейзажами, пообщаться с персонажами, побродить по двухмерной локации и послушать чарующую уши музыку. Если вы в свое время прошли Machinarium и Samorost, то The Tiny Bang Story обязательно должна пополнить список пройденных вами квестов.
